  1. Teach me the art of waking up early… Just two days back I had a warning for coming late and all because of my sleeping skills.

Your typical day looks good. Do u manage to attain consistency in it everyday ? Hats off !

  2. somu, its quite easy. keep an alarm for specified time. bfore going 2 bed think abt getting up at 5:00 in the morning and do the next set of things.
its all in the mind. sorry to mention this and to be little boring.
normally when you say i get up at 5:00am, people say oh god how do u get up.
    thats mind game.
psychologically, people are not willing you get up early and another factor is people think that i need 2 go 2 office by 9:00am let me get up by 8:30am and rush.
if we fine tune our mind then we can very well get up at any wanted time.

i follow the schedule everyday, except on Sunday when i decide the night before that i’ll sleep till 10:00 and get up by 9:00 – 10:00am.

its quite easy, first few days might be difficult but if given the thrust then it becomes routine. (of course, i cant get up if not for the alarm)
